SaaS solution
Leading Through Banking's Era of Exhaustion

We partnered with a fast-growing fintech startup to design and develop a scalable SaaS platform that enables users to manage digital payments, personal finance, and compliance processes seamlessly. The goal was to create a secure, high-performing, and modular platform capable of supporting rapid growth and evolving regulatory needs.

Our approach
Our approach began with a thorough discovery phase involving stakeholder interviews and market analysis to understand the business goals and user needs. We mapped out the product roadmap, prioritized core features, and moved into a design and prototyping phase, validating user flows through early testing. Development followed an agile methodology, working in short sprints with regular feedback cycles. Security was treated as a first-class citizen, with threat modeling, secure coding practices, and regular audits throughout the build. We set up a CI/CD pipeline and monitoring tools to ensure rapid deployment, performance optimization, and long-term scalability of the platform.
The challenge
This is the structured proceedings of a closed-door executive luncheon convened in Bangkok on 26 March 2026 by The Leaders Roundtables (TLR) and 3A Ventures (3AV), in partnership with Temenos. The session brought together senior banking and technology leaders from Thailand and the wider ASEAN region to examine shared operational and strategic pressures facing the sector.

The solution
To address these challenges, we implemented a cloud-native microservices architecture hosted on AWS, enabling horizontal scalability, fault tolerance, and efficient resource management. Security best practices were integrated throughout the platform, including strong data encryption, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control. We also built a compliance engine with modular workflows for KYC and AML processes, making it adaptable to various regulatory environments. On the front end, we developed a modular design system with reusable components to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience. Continuous integration and deployment pipelines supported faster iteration and ongoing improvements.
